01What does FlexiTrip Shield cover?
Travel Change Protection waives the standard cancellation fee for the original, eligible Airport VIP Meet and Greet reservation. It applies outside the service provider’s free cancellation window. Ancillary fees, additional service charges, and costs of new reservations are not covered.
02How do I add protection to my booking?
Choose FlexiTrip Shield when booking an eligible service with a participating provider. Your service contract identifies the reservation to which protection applies. Contact us if you have a question about an existing booking.
03What happens when my plans change?
Follow your service provider’s normal cancellation or modification process. With valid Travel Change Protection, the standard cancellation fee is waived for the protected reservation, including requests at or after the scheduled service time.
04Does this replace comprehensive travel insurance?
This product focuses specifically on cancellation fees for eligible Airport VIP Meet and Greet services. It does not provide general medical, baggage, flight, or whole-trip coverage. Please read the full terms for the scope of the service.
05Can I cancel the protection itself?
The Travel Change Protection fee is nonrefundable unless canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as described in section 3.1 of the terms and conditions.
06What if I change the service or book another journey?
Increasing the cost of the protected service can result in a prorated increase to the protection fee. A lower service cost does not result in a refund of that fee. Each reservation and each service leg needs its own protection; new emergency reservations may incur separate fees. See the terms for details and the opt-out provision.
